Once you and your Select My Space Realtor find a home that fits your criteria, you make an offer. You will sign a purchase agreement which your Select My Space Realtor will walk you through and deliver on your behalf along with an earnest money check. |

Once your offer is accepted (including any contingencies) you will want to have the house inspected by a qualified home inspection company. |

Notify your loan officer that you have placed a contract on a house so they can initiate the appraisal and title work. A closing date will be scheduled with the time frames specified in your contract. |
