Hybrid of Option A & B
With Option C (also known as "They Hybrid"), we list your property on our website, include your contact information and direct all phone calls about your property to you, but we also market your property to qualifying possible tenants that are looking at our Option A properties. If you want to maximize your efforts and minimize vacancy time then Option C is perfect for you!
COST:
30 days for $28 dollars + $1 Per Unit.

We Advertise Your Property
With Option B, we generate traffic for you and send the phone calls to the person of your choice. Option B is essentially a listing on our website with contact information directed to you.
